Helicopter Ride (Private Ride) - Mumbai - July

• You are required to pay the entire amount prior to the confirmation of your booking, which shall be paid in INR. The payment may be made through any of the available options through AA and the booking shall be confirmed/deemed confirmed only on payment of the said amount.

• The payment shall include costs for the aircraft, yacht, jetty, crew and the fuel. All other incidental charges are to be borne by the Customer. Costs for transfer of goods and food items (including any drinking and eating items) for rides will be charged by the Service Provider separately and in addition to the Booking Fee.

Security deposit

• A Refundable Deposit, with respect to any loss or damage as envisaged herein above, shall be paid by the Client to the Service Provider at the time of the payment of the Booking Fee. This Refundable Deposit will be refunded by the Service Provider to the Client after the event after due deductions for the damages caused to the Ride-vehicle.

Cancellation & Refund

• Ticket once booked is non refundable/non transferable/Non Cancellable.

• AA does not own, maintain or operate aircrafts, helicopters, yachts, or any other vehicle in use. AA is an online and offline travel information, scheduling and transaction service and all liability regarding travel (including cancellations and refund), loss, injury or accident of any kind lies only on the operator

• Mentioned flight timings & cost are representations under normal/nil wind conditions and billing shall be on actual time taken for the air/water vehicle “chokes on to chokes off”.

• Change/cancellation in timing or weather can happen due to Government clearance/bad weather/poor visibility /other weather factors / non availability of time slots with the operator. AA will not be liable for the any of the above, and all the attached liabilities are to be borne by the actual operator.

• In case of Bad Weather/Technical Error/Government Clearance, rescheduling is free and in subject to the availability of services to AA. However, cancellation will be charged as per the below mentioned norms.

• In any circumstance, if booking is cancelled anytime before 5 working days, 50% cancellation charge shall be applicable and in other case, the entire booking amount shall be forfeited.

• The authorized refund amount will be credited back within a time period of 4-6 weeks from the date resolution of refund application/complaint or any dispute thereto.

Check in

• Passengers are requested to arrive 30 min prior to the time of departure.

• Passengers mandatorily have to carry government issued photo identity proof (International Passengers to carry their passport) for entry into Airport/Port.

• Parking is not available at the Airport/Port. You shall be responsible for your own Parking.

No Show

• Gates Close 30 min prior to departure. In case passengers arrive late, same shall be treated as No Show and no refund /no rescheduling shall be possible.

• If Passengers arrive without original photo id proof (International Passengers to carry their passport) they will be treated as No Show and no refund/no rescheduling is possible.

No Entry

• Passengers would be denied boarding in case they are under the influence of Alcohol or any sedatives or armed with any weapon. In case of booking of liquor used on Yachts/Jetty, written permission from the Service provider and concerned government authority, both shall be sought by the customer.

• Passengers will be denied boarding the vehicle in case any guidelines of the port/ airport/government are found to be in violation.

Regulations

• Flying and Sailing will be undertaken strictly as per current rules & regulations of Government of India authorities, respectively.

• In case of air ride, Aerial photography shall be prohibited by Government of India.

• Route for Joy ride/Hot Air Balloon /Yachts on any given day / time is decided by the Air/Water traffic control of the concerned Airport/Port.

Jurisdiction

• AA hereby expressly disclaims any implied warranties imputed by the laws of any jurisdiction or country other than those where it is operating its offices. AA considers itself and intends to be subject to the jurisdiction only of the courts at Indore (M.P.), India.

Enforceability

• If any provision of this Terms & Conditions is determined to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, in such case notwithstanding the said invalidity, all other provisions of this Agreement shall continue to be in full force and effect.

• The Quotation/ Pro forma Invoice shall be valid for seven days from the date of Issuance.

• While every precaution is taken to enhance the safety of the passengers during the Joyride, Charter Flights, Jetty, yachts or other ride booked through this platform, AA does not hold itself responsible for death, injury or loss that might be sustained in the event of a mishap in due course of the flight.

• All the statements made in the service availing form shall be considered to be final and true. No liability of the AA shall arise in case any fact stated therein is false/hidden.

• AA would not be liable for any injury/health conditions/emotional or physical conditions suffered by the passenger during the Joyride, Charter Flight, Jetty Rides, Yachts or any other rides.

• AA is a facilitation platform providing easy and convenient access to reservations. Due to the volatile nature of the aviation industry, service delay and default in refund of tickets, AA shall be in a position to process customer refunds against the bookings only if the same have been refunded by the respective operator. In the event an operator discontinues its operations, goes bankrupt, or fails to refund; AA will not be accountable for any customer refunds wherein the same have not been refunded by the operator.
