We disclaim all warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for direct or consequential losses arising from the use of our platform.

2. Role as Booking Agent

HighApe acts solely as a booking agent. We act as an intermediary between you and the service provider (Organizer/Venue). We assume no liability for the standard of services provided. The ultimate responsibility for the event quality, safety, and compliance lies with the organizer/venue.

3. Event Descriptions & Media

While we make commercial efforts to ensure accuracy, HighApe is not responsible for data entry errors or changes in event descriptions made by organizers. We do not guarantee the accuracy of digital content (photos/videos) representing the event.

4. Legal Compliance

The Organizer/Venue is solely responsible for obtaining necessary licenses, permissions, and clearances from governmental authorities. HighApe is not liable for cancellations due to lack of compliance by the organizer.

5. Payment Gateways & Offers

Offers related to payment wallets (PayTM, Simpl, etc.) are subject to the terms of the respective payment gateway. HighApe does not guarantee these offers and assumes no liability for cashback or transaction failures on the gateway's end.

6. Pending Payments

If money is deducted but tickets are not generated due to a bank delay, the ticket will only be issued if the payment clears to us. Otherwise, the amount will be refunded by your bank according to their cycle.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall HighApe be liable for punitive, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of services. Our maximum liability is limited to the refund of the total amount received from the customer, less any applicable cancellation charges.
