Refunds & Cancellation Policy
Standard Policy
Tickets once successfully purchased for an event listed on HighApe cannot be cancelled, and that amount will not be refunded.
Cancellation
HighApe currently does not support cancellation of registration or ticket purchases on the website or app. All sales are final unless the event itself is cancelled by the organizer.
Failed Transactions
If a transaction fails or is declined, but payment has been deducted from your account, the refund process will be initiated automatically. The amount will be refunded to the source account within the standard banking timeline (usually 5-7 business days).
Payment Gateway Issues
HighApe will not entertain refund requests related to specific payment gateway offers (e.g., Paytm cashback not received). Any issues related to such third-party offers must be addressed directly with the payment provider.
