Tired and Wired is a gentle ninety minute experience created for moments when the body feels exhausted but the mind struggles to slow down. This workshop offers a supportive pause to help you settle your nervous system and reconnect with yourself. Through slow yoga movements calming breath awareness and guided journaling the session creates space for the body to unwind and the mind to soften. The pace is intentionally slow and accessible with an emphasis on choice comfort and self listening. Rather than fixing or changing anything the focus is on grounding presence and ease leaving you feeling more settled supported and at home within yourself.
