About Saputara:
Saputara is a small hill station located in Sahyadris or Western Ghats. Saputara town is part of Dangs district in Gujarat. It is a tourist destination.It is located on a plateau in the Western Ghats, at an altitude of 1,000 m above sea level.
The Maharashtra state line is just 4km away from the town. At the same time, it hasn't been overwhelmed with visitors like many other hill stations of India. It has just about enough to spend a quiet weekend. It gets significant numbers of tourists from both states, so Saputara isn't exactly off the beaten track.

Treks/Hiking/Camps/Event are planned on the general information of the weather.
Participants are requested to carry the waste back to the city and dispose it off in dustbins.
If the Trek/Hiking/Camp participant misbehaves causing inconvenience or annoyance to any other participant in a group or causes damage to the property of the company; he/ she will be asked to leave the event immediately.
A proper trekking/sports shoes having a good grip will be preferable.
Participants Safety is the prime concern for us and will not compromise for the same.
Any Kind of Insurance is not included in the Event Charges.
An adventure activity is arranged considering normal weather. In case of occurrence of any natural calamities, if event is cancelled, in such circumstances no refund will be provided. However, in some special cases we may proceed with the refunds after deducting the advance payments which we already made to our tie-ups along with some convenience fees.
Avoid Wearing Jewellery or Ornaments during the trip.
Consumption of Alchool or any kind of intoxic is strictly prohibited.
Refund Policy :-
Once the payment is done it is non refundable.
If cancellation is done 21 days prior to the start of the event. Then you can choose any other event to come on within the period of 1 month (30 days) or 90% will be refund.
If cancellation is done between 20 days to 14 days prior to the start of the event. Then you can choose any other event or the same event with some different batch to come within the period of 1 month (30 days) or 70% will be refund.
If cancellation is done between 14 days – 7 days prior to the start of the event. Then you can choose to go on the same event with any batch within the period of 15 Days or get 50% refund.
Cancellation happening 7 days or less than that. Then No refund will there. You can transfer you reservation to your friend with the intimation to us.
Last moment cancellation no refund and no adjustment to any other will be done.
Payment once done for Rappelling Event will not be refunded under any circumstances.
No refund and agrument will be entertained in the last 24 hours of the events.
