The entry closes at 9:00 PM. Cover charges will be applicable post that as per venue’s discretion.
The headline act is scheduled to perform for 60-90 minutes during the show at a suitable timing at the discretion of the event organiser and/or the venue management. Suitable complementing supporting acts perform before and/or after the headline act. Should, for some reason, the headline act not be able to perform, ticket holders are qualified for a refund in the event that the organiser is unable to arrange for a performance of a suitable substitute of similar profile and musical style.

A fully redeemable cover of up to Rs. 500 may be charged at entry for ticket holding stags and couples walking in before 9pm. Rs. 1,000/- cover may be charged at entry for ticket holding stags and couples walking in after 9pm.
People in an inebriated state will not be given entry.

Persons suspected of carrying items that may be used in an offensive or dangerous manner, or carrying out illegal activities within the site may be searched.

In certain circumstances, HighApe reserves the right to cancel the tickets owing to any internal reason which requires such action. In such cases, the customer will be provided full refund for the ticket within 7-10 working days.
