Kenjalgad Fort - Night Trek & Camping

Date: 2nd-3rd February 2019

Itinerary:

10:00 pm - Reporting at DP road and start travel towards Base village.

01:30 pm - Reach Base and camp there itself. Do Stargazing followed by Tent Pitching, Antakshari and Damsharaj. Sleep later on (if you want to).

05:00 am - Wake-up call. Start trekking towards Kenjalgad Fort.

06:00 am - Reach the top of the Fort. Explore the Fort. Enjoy the Sunrise. 

07:30 am - Start descending. 

08:30 am - Reach the base and have Breakfast.

09:00 am - Start return journey towards Pune.

11:30am - Reach Pune.( /- 1hr)

Things to Bring:

-Trekking/Sports shoes 

-Sleeping Mat/Sleeping bag

-Proper Winter wear 

-2.5 ltr of water(Compulsory)

-Try wearing full sleeves and full track pants.

-Private Bus travel from Pune to Pune 

-Tent charges on sharing basis (if availed) 

-Toll and entry charges

-Breakfast(Pohe, Tea)

-Anything not mentioned in cost includes

-Personal expenses like mineral water, cold drinks etc. Anything not mentioned in ‘Cost Includes’ 

Pickup points:

1. DP Road, Infront of Harvest Club Hotel.

10:00 pm SHARP

2. Rajaram Bridge Sinhagad Road at 10:30 pm

3. Wadgaon Phata

The bus will reach at 10:55 pm and leave in 2 minutes. 

NOTE:

-Full payment of fees prior to the outing is mandatory. 

-Any type of addictions like tobacco, Liquor, etc is strictly not allowed.

-Littering Prohibited(keep all the wrappers and other waste in your bags or pockets and dispose of them back in Pune) 

-You can also sleep in the temple nearby below on the plain surface if you don't want the tents. Just carry proper bedding.
