Q. What is the event start and end time?
A. Gates will open at 8 PM and event ends at 12 am and try come early to avoid traffic and rush at Box Office.
Q. Is parking available at the Venue?
A. Yes, Valet Parking is available but limited. We would prefer you to use for private cabs for convenient travel. Even though you have car or bikes avoid the same to enjoy the event and traffic issues which are beyond our control.
Q. Do I need to printout or physical ticket?
A. No, you don’t need to get any physical ticket or print out. We believe in saving paper. Just keep your mobile charged from where you get to validate the ticket through the app you booked or the sms/email you received.
Q. Is there an age limit to attend the event?
A. No, all groups are welcome. It’s a completely family event so all your family members and friends are welcome including kids Q. Are pets allowed? A. No, Pets are not allowed.
Q. How is the entry process?
A. You validate your ticket at the box-office then proceed to the entry. Before entering a security check is done. (Make sure you don’t carry restricted items).
Q. Is re-entry allowed?
A. Yes, re-entry is allowed to the event.
Q. What are the restricted items?
A. Outside food and beverages (including water, alcohol), weapons, drugs of any kind.
Q. What food and beverages are available at the venue?
A. Variety of food and beverage options are available.
Q. Can I carry baby food for my young toddler?
A. You can get baby food but is subject to security to take a call on that.

A. Limited Capacity event of 200 Pax

A. There is limited seating (First Come First Serve- Not Reserved )
Q. What does my tickets include?
A. Ticket provides event entry unlimited buffet dinner inside the venue.(Drinks , Starters not included – pay as per available menu )
Q. Is washroom facility provided?
A. Yes, separate washrooms for women and Men inside Hotel
Q. Can I cancel my ticket? Will I get a refund?
