TRIP ROUTE:

Guwahati–Shillong–Cheerrapunjee–Dawki– Shongpedeng–Shillong–Guwahati

BRIEF ITINERARY

Day 1: Guwahati to Shillong | Sightseeing in Shillong

Report at Guwahati Airport at 10 am and prelude the Meghalaya
trip. For today we have included several exciting places to visit in Shillong mentioned in our Meghalaya tour packages; once we reach Shillong we visit Khamakhya temple, Umiam Lake, Iewduh market, Police Bazaar, and Shillong Peak. Overnight stay at Shillong.

Day 2: Shillong to Cherrapunji | Maswami Caves, Arwah Caves, Danithlen Falls

Drive from Shillong to Cherrapunji. There are ample local places for sightseeing in Cherrapunji. We witness the beauty of the Maswami Caves. Also, visit the Arwah caves and Danithlen falls. Overnight stay at Cherrapunji.

Day 3: Cherrapunji | Explore Cherrapunji

Hike to the Double Decker Living Root Bridge in Nongriat village. Explore the village & head back to the hotel. Overnight stay at Cherrapunji.

Day 4: Cherrapunji to Shnonpedeng | Seven Sisters Falls, Nohkalikai Falls, Umngot River etc.

Explore Seven Sisters (Nohsngithiang) Falls and Nohkalikai Falls, Mawlynnong village, and Umngot River in Dawki. Spend the night in a camp at Shnonpedeng.

Day 5: Shnonpedeng to Shillong | Krangshuri Waterfall, Nartiang Monoliths

After breakfast, we drive to Jowai. Visit Krangshuri waterfall and swim in the water. We visit the Nartiang Monoliths and head for Shillong. Overnight stay at Shillong.

Day 6: Shillong to Guwahati | Departure from Guwahati

Drive back from Shillong to Guwahati. Head back home with happy memories from the enchanting and eventful Meghalaya trip; memories that will last a lifetime.

Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket would lead to seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation.
Alcohol (if available) will be served only to guests above the legal drinking age (LDA) and on display of valid age proof.
In case a booking confirmation e-mail and SMS gets delayed or fails because of technical reasons or as a result of incorrect e-mail ID / phone number provided by the user etc, a ticket will be considered 'booked' if the payment has been processed by High Ape and you will have to contact our representatives for issue of tickets.

Persons suspected of carrying items that may be used in an offensive or dangerous manner, or carrying out illegal activities within the site may be searched.

In certain circumstances, HighApe reserves the right to cancel the tickets owing to any internal reason which requires such action. In such cases, the customer will be provided full refund for the ticket within 7-10 working days.
