Is there a parking area available?

The venue has its own parking facilities.

What time does the party start and end?

The gates will open at 13:30. The party will start at 14:00 and end at 17:00. Please make sure to arrive on time to catch all the excitement.

What is the easiest way to reach the venue?

10 minutes Auto ride from the DN Nagar Metro Station which connects the Ghatkoper line.
5 minutes walking from Lower Oshiwara Metro Station which connects the 2nd line from Andheri to Dahisar.20 minutes auto ride from Andheri station - can also switch to metro as it has direct connectivity.

What is the age limit for attendees?

People above the age of 14 are welcome to attend the dance party. All under 18s shall be required to carry a consent letter from their legal guardian permitting attendance to the event.

Is a photo ID required for entry?

Yes, a valid photo ID along with the digital ticket is mandatory for entry. This could be a driver's license, passport, or any government-issued ID with a photo.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

Outside food and drinks are not allowed. Each ticket includes access to free water and refreshments to boost your energy. Additionally, the venue will also have a range of foods and drinks available for purchase. Make sure to be present on time to catch all the fun and food.

Can I bring my own props?

Yes. You are allowed to bring small posters/flags - anything that will not take up much space, and not be hurtful or hateful to anyone.

Is there a dress code for the event?

Am I allowed to carry bags and/or water bottles?

You can carry bags – they will be checked at the entry by security. Water bottles are not allowed – free drinking water is available at the venue.

Can parents accompany their kids to the event?

Parents are welcome to accompany their kids and enjoy the event together. However, they will also need to provide a valid photo ID for entry and a valid ticket for each attendee.

Will there be adult supervision?

Yes, there will be event staff and security present to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all attendees.

Are tickets required for kids?

Yes, tickets are required for both kids and adults attending the event.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are not allowed at the event.

In case a booking confirmation e-mail and SMS gets delayed or fails because of technical reasons or as a result of incorrect e-mail ID / phone number provided by the user etc, a ticket will be considered 'booked' if the payment has been processed by High Ape and you will have to contact our representatives for issue of tickets.
Arms and ammunition, eatables, bottled water, beverages, alcohol is not allowed from outside to the event. Food and beverages will be available inside the event.
Persons suspected of carrying items that may be used in an offensive or dangerous manner, or carrying out illegal activities within the site may be searched.
Venues/Organizers are solely responsible for the service; availability and quality of the events.
In certain circumstances, HighApe reserves the right to cancel the tickets owing to any internal reason which requires such action. In such cases, the customer will be provided full refund for the ticket within 7-10 working days.
