This weekend spends your best time at the beautiful offbeat campsite has been doing camping for years, and will make sure that this camping will be part of your golden memories forever. The campsite will give you beautiful view of Sahyadri ranges and is surrounded with crystal blue water of Vaitarna Dam. As being winter, weather over here will be chilled and cozy, with an ad on songs, beautiful sunset, some games and stories to share making this event to be cherished for a lifetime.

The beauty of Igatpuri itself is legendary since it is full of the beauteous charms of hills, lakes and dense forests. The sparkling waters of Lake that reflects the lush green mountains around also lives up to the repute!

Camping on the edge of this lake is a truly pleasurable pursuit that will land you right in the lap of stunning scenery and relaxing environs. Recline and rejuvenate under a star-studded sky on this exciting activity.

Day 1:

Meeting point: kasara stn Meet bhatakna team

(03:00 pm)

03:15 pm: will Board towards campsite will make a halt on the way to get Refresh.

04:30 pm: We reach campsite & have yummy snack and gear up for sports activities.

07:00 pm: Enjoy the camp night with your friends & love one.

09:00 am: Prepare for a night under the sky, have a delicious local cuisine of dinner, & let the Arijit Singh in you come out, play a few games, share stories (especially your ride stories), make new friends and enjoy the campfire.

11:45 am: Off to the tents for a sound sleep (For those who are very sleepy :P). Day Ends.

Day 2:

07:30 am Wake up call, get refreshed by a hot cup of tea and breakfast

08:00 am Move towards Lake and get ready for kayaking boating and swimming those who would like to do. Others can enjoy their morning in Tents.

10:30 am done with the watersports activities and swimming allotted time will be given to change and dry

11:30 am Check out from campsite & leave towards Kasara.

03:30 pm: Adios! Back to the mundane city life. Until next time, Bhatakna

Cancellation Policy

No refund if the cancellation requested is less than 3 days. No show No Refund.

1. Please carry a valid ID proof along with the valid ticket.

3. People in an inebriated state will not be given entry.

4. Being only a ticketing portal, High Ape does not take any responsibility for the activities going on inside or outside the event, as the entire responsibility of it is of the organizer/venue.

5. Please go through the details on the Event Details Tab and the Checkout page thoroughly before booking the tickets, as the tickets which are NOT booked in compliance with it will not come in the ambit of discussion.

6. Internet handling fee per ticket applied. Please check your total amount before payment.

7. Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded.

8. Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket would lead to seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation.

9. Alcohol (if available) will be served only to guests above the legal drinking age (LDA) and on display of valid age proof.

10. In case a booking confirmation e-mail and SMS gets delayed or fails because of technical reasons or as a result of incorrect e-mail ID / phone number provided by the user etc, a ticket will be considered 'booked' if the payment has been processed by High Ape and you will have to contact our representatives for issue of tickets.

11. Arms and ammunition, eatables, bottled water, beverages, alcohol is not allowed from outside to the event. Food and beverages will be available inside the event.

12. Persons suspected of carrying items that may be used in an offensive or dangerous manner, or carrying out illegal activities within the site may be searched.
