One of the biggest and internationally recognized food festivals of the country, HT Palate Fest is launching its first edition in Mumbai. The festival will take place on 19th -20th of January 2019 at Member's Enclosure, Mahalaxmi Racecourse, Royal Western India Turf, Mahalakshmi, Mumbai.
HT Palate Fest will offer tantalizing range of food comprising of Thai, Italian, Continental, Chinese, American, French and Indian cuisines from leading names in the culinary space and will bring together the countries finest restaurants and talented chefs such as Harpal Singh Sokhi of Turban Tadka and chef of the year 2017- Nishant Choubey on 19th of January. On the concluding day, Master Chef India's winner- Ripu Daman Handa and Adtiri Govitrikar, a culinary chef and a psychologist will embellish the event on 20th of January. Additionally, the renowned and talented Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty Kundra will be joining us on 20th January 2019 to share her expertise on health, fitness and her love for food.
On 19th Jan the Indian rock band- Euphoria will dazzle the venue with their scintillating performance. On 20th Jan, witness the vibrant musician, American rapper and record producer- Bohemia who will set the stage on fire with his performance.
It is surely going to be a lip smacking and sumptuous feast for residents of Mumbai.

Known world-wide as the creator of Punjabi rap, Bohemia is a rapper and a music producer from California. He started his career as a near-novelty, a Desi teenager from California, delivering, hardcore rap music, a style of music which was unheard of at the time. But within a few years he has pretty much reinventing the Desi pop music scene and influenced not only youth to start rhyming Punjabi lyrics to hip-hop beats, but the Bollywood superstars as well. Bohemia quickly gained popularity with his independent debut album, ‘Vich Pardesan De’ [In the foreign land] hitting Top 10 on BBC Radio UK. The following album, ‘Pesa nasha pyar’ [Money, intoxication, love] became the first full-length Punjabi rap album released by a major label in history. It brought Bohemia increased popularity, including his recent multi-record deal with music mogul Universal Music [2006 – 2009]. This brought his creation of ”Punjabi rap” to mainstream recognition, making Bohemia pioneer of a new genre of music known as ‘Desi-Hip-Hop’ or ‘Desi-rap’.
