About Devkund: - 

Devkund Waterfall is a virgin place with clear water. It is the s confluence of three waterfalls and is said to be the origin of Kundalika river. It is about a three-hour trek from base village along the dam backwater and through forest to reach this place known as ‘Devkund’. A major part of the trek goes through some semi-dried forests with the river running parallel and sometimes crisscrossing through the route. 

This trek can be done by amateurs as well. The approximate length of the trek is 4.5km which includes a hike alongside the Bhira dam, patches of forest cover, a small water stream, and open fields. There is no big ascend throughout the trek excluding the last 10% which requires a 300ft approx. of gradual ascending to finally reach the waterfall.

• 11.15 pm: - Leave Dadar
• 11.30 pm: - Pick Up from Chembur
• 11.50 Pm: - Pick Up from Vashi
• 12.15 Am: - Kalamboli Mc D, near Panvel

Day 0: - (Saturday)

• 11.00 pm: - Meeting Dadar (Pritam Hotel)
• 11.15 pm: - Leave Dadar
• 11.30 pm: - Pick Up from Chembur
• 11.50 Pm: - Pick Up from Vashi
• 12.15 Am: - Kalamboli Mc D, near Panvel

Day 1: - (Sunday)

• 4.30 Am: - Reach Base Village, Freshen Up.
• 6.00 Am: - Breakfast
• 06.45 Am: - Introduction Round 
• 07.00 Am: - Start Trek to Devkund
• 09.30 Am: - Reach Devkund Waterfall 
• 10.30 Am: - Start the trek back to base Village
• 12.30 Pm: - Reach the Base Village, Take Some rest and have lunch
• 02.00 Pm: - Start the Return Journey to Mumbai 
• 06.30 Pm: - Reach Mumbai (tentatively depends on traffic) and promise to meet again.

• All kinds of extra meals / soft drinks ordered.

• All expenses incurred due to unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances like road blocks, bad weather.

• Identity proof
• Good trekking shoes and extra pair of floaters 
• Extra pair of clothes (Optional)
• Water (minimum 2 liters) Compulsory
• Some ready to eat food like biscuits, plum cake etc. 
• Medicines (if you need any), Glucon D / Electrol / Enerzyl Powder (We will have a basic first aid kit with us) 
• Toiletries, Cap / Scarves and Sunglasses
• Rain gear – windcheater / raincoat / poncho
• Haversack to put all your things 
• Cover your bags with rain cover.
