Objectives for organizing Yaotown Festival in association with VH1:
1. We will organize and promote government policies on Free and Primary
Compulsory Education by providing a data-driven digital marketing platform to
scale and level up the education in both private and government schools,
colleges & universities in targeting to increase the literacy rate.
2. We will organize Free health checkup camps in collaboration with healthcare
startups and providers.
3. We will organize social development camps, reward distribution programs to help
and uplift the orphan & old age community.
4. We will provide free admission for Body Fitness for 1 month across different
branches of organized fitness centers.
5. We will organize & promote the activities of various artists to the next global level.
6. To develop the economy of Manipur by organizing events, providing stalls for
the promotion of startup entrepreneurs, showcase business products and services,
fashion designs, cosmetics, artwork, food sponsorship and many more. Stalls
will be provided during the event at Lamboi Khongnangkhong Mela Ground,
Imphal West, Manipur- 795004.
7. Sponsors content:
Eligible age group for music arena (+18) and business zone and stalls
(+18).

Q. How and where do I collect my tickets/wristbands?
A. From the box office at the event venue, in exchange for your e-ticket copy. Wristbands will be given at the entry gates.
Q. What is the VIP Section?
A. VIP Section is a front of stage section with the best view of the Arena along with dedicated bars and toilets.
Q. Can I buy tickets using cash?
A. You can buy tickets using cash through our Official Offline Promoters
Q. How old do I have to be to enter Sunburn Festival 2018?
A. You must be of 15 years and above to enter the event.
Q. Will I be able to get a refund for the tickets if I do not attend the arena?
A. No refund will be provided for tickets even in case of any rescheduling.
Q. Will I need to carry a photo id along for ticket verification purposes?
A. Yes. A valid Photo ID i.e. PAN Card, Passport, Drivers License etc.
Q. Are there additional charges for booking a ticket online?
A. Yes, a nominal service charge will be added per transaction, along with a home delivery charge.
Q. What is the maximum number of tickets I can purchase?
A. A maximum of 10 tickets per transaction can be purchased.
Q. What should I do if I purchase a ticket, but live outside India?
A. Please provide a copy of your passport and credit card/debit card at the ticketing booth at the venue for your tickets.

1. Please carry a valid ID proof along with the valid ticket.
2. High Ape is not responsible for any injury or damage occurring due to the event.
3. People in an inebriated state will not be given entry.
4. Being only a ticketing portal, High Ape does not take any responsibility for the activities going on inside or outside the event, as the entire responsibility of it is of the organizer/venue.
5. Please go through the details on the Event Details Tab and the Checkout page thoroughly before booking the tickets, as the tickets which are NOT booked in compliance with it will not come in the ambit of discussion.
6. Internet handling fee per ticket applied. Please check your total amount before payment.
7. Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded.
8. Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket would lead to seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation.
9. Alcohol (if available) will be served only to guests above the legal drinking age (LDA) and on display of valid age proof.
10. In case a booking confirmation e-mail and SMS gets delayed or fails because of technical reasons or as a result of incorrect e-mail ID/phone number provided by the user etc, a ticket will be considered 'booked' if the payment has been processed by High Ape and you will have to contact our representatives for issue of tickets.
11. Arms and ammunition, eatables, bottled water, beverages, alcohol are not allowed from outside to the event. Food and beverages will be available inside the event.
12. Persons suspected of carrying items that may be used in an offensive or dangerous manner, or carrying out illegal activities within the site may be searched.
13. Venues/Organizers are solely responsible for the service; availability and quality of the events.
