Nisargamayee Campsite is situated at the banks of Kachurlee dam, surrounded by the evergreen forest of Kachurlee, at a distance of 10 KM from Trimbakeshwar Temple. Rains transform the campsite into a wonderland & several waterfalls become alive. The Kachurlee waterfall is an 80 ft rainy season waterfall. Rappelling down the splashing waters is indeed an exhilarating experience!
Situated in the Nashik-Trimbakeshwar mountain range at an elevation of 1280 m (4864 ft), Anjaneri fort is famous for being the birthplace of Lord hanuman & for its fascinating reverse waterfall on the top.
The dramatic play of the sun rays, clouds & rains is an unparalleled vista to behold from the top; the water from the waterfall splashing in reverse direction certainly adds to the crazy experience.
The Trimbakeshwar temple built in the times of Peshwas is extremely beautiful. The entire Trimbak region is so lively with the lush green trees & cool breeze all around in the rainy season that it leaves an unforgettable memory etched in one's mind.
