Brace yourself to find the breathtaking panoramic view of the Kodachadri Hills in Valur, Karnataka. The 1343 meter altitude where the hills are situated at has a dense forest around. Every year the peak is explored by thousands of people. Whet your stamina to climb the tricky terrains on this 2 day trekking trip from Hyderabad and reach the top of the hill where you will be able to grasp the enormous stretches of the Western Ghats.

The plethora of natural spectacle in Kodachadri won’t be ending. Visit Hidlumane Waterfalls on your trip in addition to your tour of Nagara fort as well, along with Jog Falls

Itinerary

Day 1: Journey from Mysore

Friday: Depart from Hyderabad on an overnight journey.

Day 2: Begin the Trek

6:00 AM: Arrive at the campsite and freshen up.
Enjoy breakfast and prepare for the day ahead.
8:00 AM: Embark on your Kodachadri hiking expedition towards Kumble Village and Hidlumane Waterfalls.
Explore the picturesque surroundings and soak in the natural beauty.
Have a hearty lunch to refuel for the rest of the trek.
Continue your hike towards the Kodachadri summit.
Reach the peak and marvel at the stunning panoramic views.
After dusk, descend back to the campsite and enjoy a delicious dinner under the stars.

Day 3: Return and Departure

6:00 AM: Wake up early, freshen up, and explore nearby villages and plantations.
Enjoy breakfast at the campsite.
9:00 AM: Pack your belongings and bid farewell to the campsite.
Begin your journey to Nagara Fort, admiring its magnificent architecture.
Continue your journey to Jog Falls and marvel at its majestic beauty.
Have a self-sponsored lunch with your fellow trekkers.
As the Kodachadri hike tour concludes, start the return journey.

Inclusion & Exclusion

Inclusions:

Transportation to and from Bangalore.
Accommodation in homestay facilities.
Meals: 2 breakfasts, 1 lunch, 1 dinner, and snacks, all vegetarian.
Services of forest guides, necessary permissions, and trek coordinators.
First aid kit for any emergencies.
Bonfire (weather permitting).

Exclusions:

Lunch and dinner during travel to and from Bangalore.
Non-vegetarian options (Vegetarian can be provided in November at an extra cost).
Charges for jeep rides, if required.

Arms and ammunition, eatables, bottled water, beverages, alcohol is not allowed from outside to the event. Food and beverages will be available inside the event.
Persons suspected of carrying items that may be used in an offensive or dangerous manner, or carrying out illegal activities within the site may be searched.
Venues/Organizers are solely responsible for the service; availability and quality of the events.
In certain circumstances, HighApe reserves the right to cancel the tickets owing to any internal reason which requires such action. In such cases, the customer will be provided full refund for the ticket within 7-10 working days.
