About the Artists:
Aqua Dominatrix hailing from Mumbai, is producer Akshay Rajpurohit’s pseudonym for his free-floating synthpop self-unleashing his electronic side with his energetic new sounds.
Akshay is known more for his work as part of popular metal bands Scribe and Pangea. Aqua Dominatrix sees him not so much step out of his comfort zone as much as a leap out of it.
He has put out his debut release, a 12-track album titled ‘Sadomist’. His tracks are easy to lose yourself into with their catchy disco-infused beats. His first album is an enticing example of what Rajpurohit’s live set could be like, and that will be a show worth checking out.
Priyanjana is a Mumbai-based DJ who is living her music dream and has painted a cutting-edge photo for many years in India. Her music covers the vast spectrum of electronic dance music with equal amounts of ease and variety.
Even in the start of her career, Priyanjana was the resident DJ at some of the hottest clubs in India, and embraced every top festival – be it Krank Festival, Sunburn Festival, or Supersonic Festival! She is also the most sought-after performer and has further stamped her authority in the club circuit.
DJ Priyanjana has provided great opening sets for some world-renowned DJs like John Digweed, Guy J, Shall Ocin and more. She was also among the top three DJs of the prestigious MyFav Awards 2014. She also appeared at the Amsterdam Dance Festival for two main and prolific showcases, which were held in 2013.
