1. No Cancellation allowed less than 24 hrs of the event. Zero Refund.
2. 24-48 hrs: 50% of refund after deduction of taxes
3. More than 48 hrs, 70% refund after deduction of taxes.

1. In tune with the COVID-19 guidelines, MASK is mandatory. Please check with us for additional guidelines
2. Minors should be accompanied by the parents or guardian.
3. Every person must fill & sign in the Waiver form without fail. The parent or guardian must do the same for their child/ward.
4. All participants must adhere to the rules of the venue during their entire duration of participation.
5. RCS will make sure to give full information regarding all the rules. Due to the inherent risk associated with the activity, it is the participant’s duty to check and adhere to all the rules of the venue including but not limited to:

• Code of Conduct
• Safety Protocols
• First Aid Protocol
• COVID19 Guidelines

6. All Disputes are Subject to Yadadri-Bhuvanagiri Jurisdiction
7. Detailed list of all the rules will be sent in the confirmation email

1.4 Faculty & Staff

1. RCS is headed by the Chief Instructor. The CI has an experience of more than 20 years and is certified by the premier institutions of India. He has trained more than 3000 people in Rock climbing, mountaineering and other adventure sports.
2. The CI is supported by a team of 7 senior instructors who have at least  5 years of experience and certified  in Rock Climbing & Mountaineering.
3. Several Junior instructors who have a minimum experience of 2 years with atleaset a certificate in basic mountaineering, complete the team of RCS.

2. All protocols of rock climbing are as per the UIAA  & IFMGA Standards.
3. All equipment are UIAA rated
