Shipping Policy

Tickets once successfully purchased for an event listed on HighApe will be sent to you on Email/SMS. You need to show the Email/SMS at the event venue to avail your entry.

In case, the transaction has been declined or is unsuccessful, but the payment has been deducted from the account, in that case, tickets won't be shipped to the customer. The refund process will be initiated once notified. The amount that had been deducted will be refunded into the account from which the payment was being attempted.
