14th March: Arrival Day - Immerse Yourself in Nature and Colors

11:30 AM - Check-In and Welcome Drinks

Arrive at Aaroha Hill Top, Gokarna.
Warm welcome with refreshing welcome drinks to kickstart your experience.
Check in to your tent and stay surrounded by serene nature and fresh air. Take a moment to absorb the beauty of the hilltop and relax.

12:00 PM - Free Time to Unwind

Take a peaceful stroll around the hilltop, enjoying panoramic views of Gokarna's landscapes.
Lounge around in the cozy tents or enjoy the natural beauty surrounding the area.

4:00 PM - Get Ready to Play with Colors!

Gather for the Festival de Colores celebration at the hilltop.
Vibrant Holi colors will be available, and you can get as colorful as you like while enjoying the energy of the hilltop.
Play, dance, and indulge in the festivities against a stunning natural backdrop. You’re not just at a party, you’re part of an experience in nature!
Visit the Pop-Up Store during the Holi festivities for quick snacks, refreshments, and unique F&B items to keep you energized and refreshed while you play.

6:15 PM - Take a Walk to Jatayu Teerta (Just 100 Meters Away)

Experience one of Gokarna's most scenic sunset spots by taking a serene walk to Jatayu Teerta, located just 100 meters away from the property.
Enjoy the breathtaking views and capture the stunning sunset over the hills and ocean — a perfect moment of tranquility.

9:00 PM - Bonfire and Music

As night falls, gather around the bonfire to enjoy a cozy, soulful evening.
Let the music set the mood as you unwind and chat with new friends.
Savor the BBQ Veg and Non-Veg treats (extra charges apply) as the warmth of the fire and the beats fill the air.
Feel the cool breeze of the night and relax under the stars, enjoying the perfect end to your first day.

Overnight Stay

15th March: Rise and Shine - Beach Trekking and Breakfast

6:00 AM - Sunrise Beach Trekking

Wake up early and join us for an adventurous sunrise beach trek.
Experience a scenic walk down to one of Gokarna’s serene beaches. Watch the sunrise over the ocean while breathing in the refreshing sea breeze.
After the trek, you can relax by the beach, take a swim, or simply enjoy the view before heading back to the hilltop.

9:30 AM - Breakfast at the In-House Cafe

Return to Aaroha Hill Top and enjoy a hearty breakfast at the in-house cafe.
Savor a selection of freshly made dishes to fuel your energy for the day ahead.

11:00 AM - Free Time / Optional Activities

Spend your remaining time relaxing at the hilltop or participate in optional activities like nature walks, photography sessions, or chilling at the cafe.

1:00 PM - Check-Out and Depart

Pack up, check out, and depart with unforgettable memories of the Festival de Colores at Aaroha Hill Top.

Please carry a valid ID proof along with the valid ticket.
High Ape is not responsible for any injury or damage occurring due to the event.
People in an inebriated state will not be given entry.
Being only a ticketing portal, High Ape does not take any responsibility for the activities going on inside or outside the event, as the entire responsibility of it is of the organizer/venue.

Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket would lead to seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation.
Alcohol (if available) will be served only to guests above the legal drinking age (LDA) and on display of valid age proof.
In case a booking confirmation e-mail and SMS gets delayed or fails because of technical reasons or as a result of incorrect e-mail ID / phone number provided by the user etc, a ticket will be considered 'booked' if the payment has been processed by High Ape and you will have to contact our representatives for issue of tickets.
Arms and ammunition, eatables, bottled water, beverages, alcohol is not allowed from outside to the event. Food and beverages will be available inside the event.
Persons suspected of carrying items that may be used in an offensive or dangerous manner, or carrying out illegal activities within the site may be searched.
Venues/Organizers are solely responsible for the service; availability and quality of the events.
In certain circumstances, HighApe reserves the right to cancel the tickets owing to any internal reason which requires such action. In such cases, the customer will be provided full refund for the ticket within 7-10 working days.
