Yoga on the Beach in Goa: A New Year's Revolution

 Voted BEST YOGA RETREAT in the Guardian, this is the ultimate holiday for sunseekers, yogis and beach bums.
It's my 12th consecutive year offering relaxing beachfront yoga holidays here, in a quiet and serene spot at the far end of Patnem bay, few minutes walk along the beach to the funky shops and cafes.

Typical Day:
7.30am: cup of tea with a view of the sea
8.am: a gentle stretch, some breathing exercises and introduction to Mindfulness Meditation
8.30am: breakfast followed by a little sunbathing in the soft morning rays
10am: Dynamic Flow Yoga in the shade of the beachfront yoga deck with the cool ocean breeze guiding our breath.
12.30pm: delicious homecooked lunch in convivial company

Afternoons are free to enjoy the beach, explore the local area indulge in a rejuvenating massage treatment
3.30pm: tea and treats

4.30pm: a gentle restorative practice including yin, yoga nidra and breathing exercises leading in to a breathtaking sunset and a quiet moment of contemplation
7pm: meet for drinks followed by a fabulous dinner either at Bamboo (included in price) or at one of the many very good and cheap local eateries

A dolphin spotting boat trip is included in the price

Accommodation is in comfortable beach cabins with luxury cotton bedding, mosquito net, ceiling fan and starlit ensuite bathrooms . All have sea views to the front or side veranda with their own hammock.
