2 Hours of guided Neon Painting workshop focusing on methods of using neon paints in the combination of acrylic to create a vibrant painting that would glow in low/UV Light.
Session Plan:
- Brief introduction
- Understanding concepts and usage of Neon paints along with round, flat, and fan brushes.
- Preparing the base of the canvas
- Marking on canvas and understanding color compositions
- Highlighting the core subject and then surrounding. Understanding how to portray subjects at varying distances.
- Highlight and finish.
- Review, query, and finally take your painting home!
The above schedule will help you finish your painting during the workshop.
Material required:
- Set of 4 different Neon Colours
- Watercolors brush set from size 0 onwards. Any 4 different sizes
- Canvas or Drawing Sheet
- Pencil and eraser
About the anchor:
Anupam has been practicing art since the age of 5. His artwork has won him many awards in school days and introduced in exhibitions. His paintings and training cover landscapes, city life, historical, mythological figures, still art, illusion arts, abstract art, and live portraits. Anupam provides training workshops on painting across Bangalore.
