Windmill Craftwork is a microbrewery, jazz theatre and an eatery. This place is frequented by Jazz artists from India and abroad. Shea Welsh, the well-known Jazz musician from Los Angeles is touring India. He performed at Windmill Craftworks on 1 Sep – 2 Sep 2017.

In the past Jazz musicians like Ezio Lunedei, Mark Fowell, Arka, Ken Peplowski and The William Galison Quartet has performed at Windmill Craftwork. Enough said about the music, now let’s peek into the beer menu of this place which also happens to be a micro-brewery.

A combination of American and Czech brewing styles, Helles is another beer that you get at this place. Brewed exclusively with traditional Pilsner malt and Saaz hops, it is a good accompaniment to food.

Stout is the darkest beer, which is brewed with UK Pale malt, roasted barley and flaked barley. To balance the sweetness of the malt, nugget hops are used. Apart from these, you can also try the India Pale Ale or Hefeweizen.

#2.Hard Rock Café – Pub and Rock Music Café

Hard Rock Café is a famous name, not only in Bangalore but all over the world. If you see the ambience of this place it is influenced by the rock culture that prevailed in the US in the 1950s. The best part about this place you can enjoy the gigs by many rock bands that perform here.

#3.The Humming Tree – Lounge, Rock/ Jazz/ EDM

In the past notable Jazz artists like Perfect Strangers, Talking of Michelangelo and Ten Thousand Questions Live deserve a special mention for having played here.

Nitro is touring India and will be performing at The Humming Tree on 22 September. They will be joined by American metal band Lamb of God’s drummer and Grammy award winning, Chris Adler and bassist Matt DeVries (formerly of industrial metal veterans Fear Factory and metal band Chimaira).

#4.Bflat Bar – Lounge known for Jazz and Live Musical Gigs

Bflat and Highnote Bar and Dining are a lounge located at HRBR Layout, Kalyan Nagar. They serve North Indian, Chinese, Continental and Bengali cuisines. The ambience of this place is pretty decent because of its open air seating arrangement.
