Terms & Conditions

Wrist bands shall be given at the sealing area for offline tickets and ticket counter for online registrations. Without these, one shall not be allowed into the event area
SMS or email received on online booking shall be shown at box office for relevant wristbands.
Re-entry is allowed with valid wrist bands and ticket counter file.
The ticket is non-transferrable. No refund of purchased ticket is possible, even in case of unavoidable natural conditions, time delay in artists line up etc.,
Organizer reserves a right to perform security check on invitees/ members of audience at the entry point for security reasons.
Parking is to be done at the Park Square mall premises and organizer shall not hold responsibility for any damage of theft of any vehicles, personal belongings and valuables within the stipulated parking area & event area. Parking shall be chargeable.
Outside food, eatables, bottled water, beverages are not allowed from outside the festival.
Consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited in the event premises.
Smoking is only allowed at the designated smoking area inside the site.
Organizers are not responsible for any negative effects of food items or drinks consumed at the venue by the festival guests.
Persons suspected of carrying item that may be used in an offensive or dangerous manner or carrying out illegal activities within the site maybe searched.
First aid/medical facilities will be provided; however, the organizers do not take responsibility of any problem arising
No large bags or backpacks will be permitted inside the event
