With a focus on helping women break free from the chains of pain, fear, and guilt, she hosts the Nine Nights of the Goddess journey and offers exclusive one-on-one sessions called the "Goddess Games" program. Sneha's expertise in helping others heal and find inner peace stems from her own journey of self-discovery and growth, sparked by the birth of her daughter and the questions it raised about passing on baggage and conditioning from generation to generation.
Coach Kavery, Movement Expert
Kavery MK is a fitness enthusiast and coach with a passion for helping people get in touch with the fundamentals of fitness and achieve overall health and wellness. After winning several Nation Level medals in Kettlebell Championships and designing a successful system for personal fitness coaching, Kavery started "Resilience: Mind & Body," a space where a variety of forms and moves inspired by yoga, martial arts, classical dance, and Tai chi are used to create a
holistic approach to fitness. Kavery's focus is on helping people make the most of their physical form and discover the intelligence, dynamism, and vitality that their body has to offer.
