Kumaraparvatha Trek | My Hikes

Day 0

• Overnight journey from Chennai to Kukke.

Day 1

• Early morning freshen up and a light breakfast

• Start the trek at 6.30 AM

• Trek starts from Kukke Temple and reaches Battara Mane at 10.30 AM

• Start from Battara Mane at 11.30 AM 

• Explore the peak and descend back with a spectacular sunset, via bhattaramane for dinner, and retire for the day.

Day 2

• Plan 1: Wake up 4.30 AM, then go back to kukke subramanya, have breakfast and reach Chennai at 6:00 PM

• Plan 2: Wake up at 5.30 AM, have breakfast at Bhat House, and reach Chennai at 9.00 PM.

Plans 1 & 2 depend on the decisions of the majority of participants.

Accommodation: Tented, with sleeping bags provided.

• Participants need to carry on their own for 12 km (To & From) .

• Cost of tents/sleeping bags has to be paid, if lost.
