In Kannada,’Kudre’ means Horse and ‘Mukha’ means Face and literally Kudremukh means Horse-face and gets its name because of a specific view of the mountain which almost resembles a horse’s face. It is a trek of moderate difficulty, a weekend is all you need to hike this mountain and the Kudremukh trek distance is 22km approximate. Day 0 – Overnight Journey to Kudremukh
Pickup Locations (Friday Night):

Yeshwanthpur – Konkan Express Hotel
Gorguntepalya – People Tree Hospital
Start your overnight journey to Kudremukh.
Day 1 – Begin the Kudremukh Trek
7:00 AM: Arrive at the homestay. Freshen up and have breakfast.
9:00 AM: Start the Jeep ride to the trek base camp.
9:30 AM: Begin the Kudremukh Trek (12 km both ways).
12:30 PM: Reach Kudremukh Peak, enjoy the breathtaking views, and have lunch (packed in your steel box).
3:00 PM: Start descending and return to the homestay.
6:00 PM: Arrive back at the homestay.
7:00 PM: Enjoy the bonfire (weather permitting).
8:00 PM: Dinner and overnight stay at the homestay.
Day 2 – Sightseeing | End of Trek
8:00 AM: Breakfast at the homestay.
9:00 AM: Visit Samse Tea Estate for a scenic walk through the tea gardens.
11:00 AM: Visit Kalsa Hanging Bridge, enjoy the views and take photos.
1:00 PM: Self-sponsored lunch on the way back from Kudremukh.
3:00 PM: Start the journey back to Bangalore.
Monday Morning: Arrive in Bangalore with unforgettable memories.
