Kitty Ko - Bangalore presents :Know V.A.

Amsterdam-based producers Know V.A. have developed a very distinctive style, both energetic and melancholic. Due to their maverick dj sets the duo was invited to play at Warp & LuckyMe nights, NTS, hosted their own parties in Amsterdam and soon made their mark internationally. They’ve toured Brussels, Helsinki and Dubai in the fall of 2017.

The intersection of rap and hardcore dance music has been fertile for years now with artists like DJ NJ Drone and Dripping all putting a spin on anything from Drill to Gabber. Dutch duo Know V.A. and their desire to draw substance from extended original pieces has been cause for praise, Their original compositions draw upon familiar such as Grime Synths , 808 beats and trance riffs but at the same time push towards abstraction.

The Untitled One

The Untitled One is a Bangalore based Drum & Bass DJ, with an evolving musical taste within the underground bass music culture. Co-founding 'Drum and Bass India’, a community that he, along with Ritu Arya, built to promote the Drum and Bass genre in the country & support homegrown artists and events.
Regularly playing at various venues across India, The Untitled One has also played at the official Vh1 Supersonic Festival 2017 After Party in Pune as well as Lakme India Fashion Week 2016 in Mumbai. He’s been called to shared the decks with & supported international acts like Netsky (Hospital Records), Delta Heavy (UK | RAM Records), Document One (UK | Technique Recordings), Sub Zero (UK | Playaz Recordings), Daddy G (UK | Massive Attack), Nerm (UK | Shiva Soundsystem), Goth Trad (JP | Deep Medi), B.R.E.E.D (LA, IN), Alo Wala (US, IN, DK | Enchufada) as well as Indian acts like Mosillator (IN | Generation Bass, Bheja Fry Records), FUNC (IN), Sound Avtar (IN) & Vachan Chinnappa (IN).

Kampai
Kampai is the solo project of Bangalore-based Rumit Virmani who plays electronic music, which has a heavy emphasis on bass. Primarily a Trap music enthusiast, Kampai also blurs the lines between genres such as Jersey club, Twerk, DnB and Footwork with his quirky sets..In his musical career, Kampai has shared stage with Herobust (USA), Ganz (Netherlands), Slugabed (UK), Chimpo (UK) and Epic Empire (France).
