I've assisted a couple of bands as a keyboardist and back up vocalist as well!

Creating and performing music, both as a DJ and a Musician, for over 24 years, I've been influenced by many a genre… and that reflects in the sound I create and spin...

My experience, practice, and dedication has taught me the art of picking up a party at any point in the night, and giving it my ABSOLUTE! touch… My versatility spans from playing long sets to doing on the fly remixes!

Music from the Indian Films, largely Hindi or better known as Bollywood Music, the world over, drives the Indian Music Industry. I have been involved with quite a few projects in relation to scoring background scores for the same; producing official remixes of the soundtracks etc. My big one is the remix of the title track of the very successful magnum opus RANG DE BASANTI (2006). The original was composed by Maestro A R Rahman. The remix found itself releasing on BBC Radio One UK’s star DJ, Bobby Friction’s super hit compilation FRICTION 2 on Sony BMG... Enjoying generous airplay on the UK radio… Besides, Desi DJs in the USA, Australia, Dubai, and the UK, dished it out loud and proud in their sets at parties!

I also had the privilege of remixing CHASE by SIMON HOWARDS (HOWIE B) as a part of the British Council and Channel [v] initiative, THE UNION, in 2005. Simon aka Howie B was involved as a producer on U2’s album POP. He also produces for the likes of Bjork etc.

He started his career in the entertainment industry as an assistant DJ in 2013. Hassan shifted gears rather quickly, and within a short span of time, he has emerged globally not only as a popular DJ but also as a smart producer, arranger, remixer, event manager and above all, a wonderful entertainer. Being an international artist, Hassan has played in various music festivals and concerts in Doha, Sri Lanka, and Dubai. 

And there is one thing which people generally don’t know about Hassan. He plays with only one hand. Yes, after a tragic bike accident a few years back, his right hand got completely paralyzed. In spite of such a huge setback, his love for music never fiddled away. Hassan single-handedly mastered the art of Deejaying, and in this case, he literally nailed it ‘single-handedly’.

Atif & Nykon aka ELECTRO SMASHERS is two driven upcoming Deejays and Producers from the EDM heart in India.
Having started out as individual artists, they banded together and began collaborating in early 2013.

Bio :

He started his pursuit of DJing in 1998 with his 1st residency at TGIF (Bangalore). Post that moved to FBar (Le Meridien) and then to Mumbai to the prestigious nightclub, “Club Prive” which is mostly visited by reputed and luxury-loving members. He then shifted to Morocco – Casablanca - G sound & then to Morocco's famous Babaloo Beach Shack where he worked for a while and then returned back to India. He started Wednesday Residency at Zero-G for the infamous Bollywood Wednesday nights, took up residentship at Shiro (UB city), and created a benchmark in Bangalore city for the Friday Studio 54 night and the very famous signature brunches at Shiro, and there on freelancing at multiple clubs across India and abroad.
