Itinerary about Ettina Bhuja Trek
DAY 0
- Pick up starts from Bangalore on Friday evening at 08.00 PM
DAY 1
- Reach the resort in Maragunda, freshen up, have breakfast, get ready to start the trek.
- Travel for 30 mins to reach the trek starting point
- Carry only water bottles and snacks if required.
- Trek through one of the beautiful and serene routes in western ghats to reach the peak of Ettina Bhuja.
- Enjoy the view of Amedikallu, Jenukallu, Deepadakallu from the peak.
- Start descending to the base and travel back to the resort for lunch.
- Take bath in hot water, freshen up for a hot cup of coffee/tea and enjoy the beautiful views of peaks in and around the resort.
- Have an authentic hot dinner and take a sound sleep in the lap of nature.
DAY 2
- Wake up to the sounds of nature quite early in the morning.
- Have coffee/tea, freshen up and have breakfast.
- Enjoy the high rope activities along with zipping, swimming in the river, indoor and outdoor games.
- Check out and start our journey back to Bengaluru.

Drop points are the same as the pickup points Once you’ve booked your tickets, we will reach out to you and provide you with more information like exact pick-up times, exact location, coach details and more on Whatsapp.
Any changes in Pick Up locations will be notified to the participants 10-12 hrs before the start of the trip.
Things to Carry
- Strong backpack for trekking
- Water bottles are at least 1-2 litres
- Extra set of clothes (if necessary)
- A Poly Bag to carry your wet clothes back to Bangalore
- Sunscreen and sunglasses (optional)
- Cap/hat
- Toiletries: – comb, towel, soap, tissue paper, Toothbrush and other essentials etc. (if necessary)
- Raincoat or a poncho
- Personal medication if any
- A torch with new batteries (can be managed by mobile light)
- One plastic box if you want to carry energy boosters like Chocolate bars, flavoured milk, Juice packs, Glucon-D, etc. should keep waste rappers with you, till you reach back to homestay or Bangalore, it is necessary to maintain forest cleanliness as a traveller
- Sweaters/Jacket to bear the cold weather
- Good trekking shoes
- Camera/DSLR (if interested)

NOTES
- It’s mandatory to provide government documents for Trek Permit like voter ID, RationCard, Driving license, PAN card, or Passport.
- A minimum of 10 to 12 participants is required to organize a trip.
- Cleanliness is our top most priority. So, please do not throw trash out anywhere in the trek place.
- Please check with your tour operator for any forest permission requirements.
- A basic level of fitness is compulsory to undertake the trek.
- There is no need to carry a blanket and mat as you will be given tents and sleeping bags.
- Do pay heed to the guidelines given by the instructor.
- Avoid consumption of alcohol or any other intoxicating products during the entire trip.
- Do not carry valuables or expensive jewellery during the trip.
- Avoid using earphones during the trek as they might hinder your audibility
Cancellation Policy:
- 0-15 Days Before Start Date: No refund will be provided; 100% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- 15-30 Days Before Start Date: 50% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- Once your refund is initiated, it will be credited to your account within 5-7 working days.
- In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain trips or activities may get cancelled. In such cases, we will try our best to provide an alternative feasible solution. However, a refund will not be applicable for the same.
- Cancellations are strictly subject to cancellation policies mentioned on the website & are irrespective of the date of booking.
