The above offer is valid for 31 st December 2018 only. It is non-extendable and cannot be exchanged for cash or presented in lieu of payment for another reservation. Internet handling fee per ticket applied. Please check your total amount before payment.
No price refunds will be entertained on tickets once sold. The ticket cost is non-refundable even in case of event getting cancelled due to a natural calamity.
Our event’s couple ticket would admit one male and one female only. Couples comprising more than one Male/Female partner will be admitted on stag tickets only.
Hotel Management reserves the right to ask any guest to leave the premises for any unsocial behavior causing inconvenience to other guests. Hotel Management reserves at all times the right to frisk its guests for security considerations.
Guests are requested to have the entry bands on at all times once entry is granted into the premises. If the band is tampered, Hotel management reserves the right to ask the guest/s to leave the premises.
Any damages caused by guests to the property or material of Sheraton Grand Bangalore Hotel at Brigade Gateway or High Ultra Lounge will have to settled by the guest(s) and paid immediately.
Parents are responsible for the children accompanying them at all times. Children below 5 years of age will have to be accompanied by their parents throughout. For any child related queries contact the festivity desk or the hotel front desk.
Kids within the ages of 6 to 12 years will be admitted at an entry fee of INR 2880 (AI) and will be hosted at a special non-alcoholic kid’s area. Kid’s price does not include accommodation.
Hotel or its management is not responsible for any guest valuables lost within the premises of the hotel or High Ultra Lounge.
Entry will be allowed against a valid ticket only. The onus to keep the ticket secure will lie with the guest/ticket booker.
Carrying an original valid Government identity card is mandatory for entry.
All entry for group bookings / tickets shall be allowed in one go / together.
Outside liquor, cigarettes, food and beverage, dubious bottles, illegal substances, weapons or any item considered inappropriate by the hotel management will not be allowed within the
premises or at the venue. The hotel reserves the right to admission in all cases.
The venue/hotel does not offer any reserved seating arrangements.
Only guests above legal age of drinking will be served liquor.
Any requirements for special arrangements will need to be communicated 72 hours prior to the event, and is subject to availability as well as the venue’s discretion.
Limited parking on a first come first serve basis is available within hotel premises. Parking of the vehicle will be at vehicle owner’s risk. Alternate paid parking available at multi-layered car parking (MCLP)
Smoking permitted only at designated places. Please reach out to hotel associates for assistance. Not abiding to smoking rules may attract penalty and also dismissal from the venue. People in an inebriated state will not be given entry. No food or beverage can be consumed in designated smoking area.
Confirmation SMS will not be considered as a valid ticket, as email/ e-ticket pass is mandatory with a valid government identity card.
The hotel management is not responsible for any injury or damage to guest or guest property while attending the event. Similarly any injury or damages suffered while reaching the venue or exiting the venue is to be borne by the guest himself /themselves and SS Productions or hotel management will not make good any such loss.

Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket would lead to seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation.
In case a booking confirmation e-mail and SMS gets delayed or fails because of technical reasonsor as a result of incorrect e-mail ID / phone number provided by the user etc, a ticket will be
considered & booked if the payment has been processed by Hotel. You will have to contact our representatives for issue of tickets.

Persons suspected of carrying items that may be used in an offensive or dangerous manner, or carrying out illegal activities within the venue may be searched and asked to leave the venue /
premises / hotel immediately.
SS Productions team or agents / vendors cannot hold/change the prices of the tickets at their own discretion, as the same are regulated directly by the hotel management /organizer.
