• The itinerary may change due to weather conditions, road accessibility, or participants’ physical fitness.
• The organizers reserve the right to modify the schedule in the interest of safety, comfort, and overall well-being of the group.
• Travelers arriving from outside Delhi should book trains or flights reaching Delhi no later than 2:00 PM on the trip start date.
• On the return day, travelers are advised to book onward trains or flights after 6:00 PM to account for possible delays.
• Group departure age limit is 16 to 42 years due to the physically demanding nature of the itinerary.
• Trips can be customized for travelers outside the stated age bracket on request.
• In case of extreme weather or poor road conditions, 4x4 vehicles may be arranged for safety and accessibility.
• Any additional cost for special vehicles will be borne by the participants.
