Return to Self is a soulful Mandala Art Therapy experience designed to help you reconnect with your authentic self through creativity, mindfulness, and inner reflection. Combining the transformative Redikall Process with guided affirmations, this intimate online session creates a safe and nurturing space where you can slow down, express yourself freely, and explore your emotions through mandala art.
Through calming guidance, reflective exercises, and mindful artistic practices, participants will experience a journey inward that encourages clarity, emotional balance, and self-awareness. The session will be conducted online via Google Meet. Participants are requested to keep A4/A3 drawing paper, a ruler, a pencil, an eraser, colour pencils, and a compass ready before joining the workshop.
