Forum Mall Koramangala is conducting a musical fest- Forum Rock ON! A platform that provides an opportunity to all the budding artists to showcase their talent. The event is classified into three genres “Classical”, ”Fusion” & “Rock”. Regisration Open From 17th February to March 20th .
Three Finalists out of each genre will battle it out on the finale, to stand a chance to win exciting prizes worth Rs.3,00,000. The event will be judged by a well-known celebrity judge.

2) Prize Categories:
One winner will be selected from each genre by the Contest Judge and is entitled to a prize worth 1 lac each.
• No exchange of registration will be made under any circumstances and once registered the registration is not transferable.
• Lost or damaged of the registration form will not be entertained.
• Latecomers cannot be admitted until a suitable break during the performances.
• Forum Mall Koramangala reserves the right to refuse admission to any persons whose conduct is disorderly or unbecoming.
• Forum Mall Koramangala may add, withdraw or substitute artistes and/or vary advertised programmes, event times, seating arrangements and audience capacity without prior notice.
• Forum Mall Koramangala may use the participant’s image or likeness in any live or recorded video display, photograph or picture.
• Forum Mall Koramangala may postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond his reasonable control.
• The participants agree to submit to any search for any prohibited items including but not limited to weapons, controlled, dangerous and illegal substances and recording devices.
• The participant voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the event whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual event, including any death, personal injury, loss, damage or liability.
• Any complaints regarding the event will be directed to and dealt with by the Forum Mall Koramangala.
• Winners will be required to produce the following details and documents: valid name, e- mail address, phone number, PAN Card/ Aadhar Card at the time of receiving the prize for verification.
• All prizes are subject to Indian Tax laws and compliance with the prevailing laws and regulations. Any tax liability arising from the prize won shall be borne by the winner alone.

1.Who can register for Forum Rock On?
Groups with a minimum of 2 members and a maximum of 8 members can register for Forum Rock On.
2.What are the genres for Forum Rock On?
Classical, Rock and Fusion.
3.What is the last date to submit entries for each genre?
Tuesday, 20 th March 2018.
4.Can I register on the day of the event?
No. Requests for registration will not be entertained post closure of registration dates
5.What is the entry fee for each run category?
There is no registration fee for participation in Forum Rock On.
6.How can I apply for the event?
To register online visit www.forummalls.in/forumrockon or register offline at the helpdesk/information desk at any Forum Mall by filling the registration forms and dropping your CD/Pen Drive with your audition video.
7.Can I register on the day of the event?
No. Requests for registration will not be entertained post closure of registration date i.e 20 th March 2018.
8.What is the minimum age eligibility for participation in Forum Rock On?
Participants must be at least of 16 years of age to be eligible for Forum Rock On. There is no maximum age limit. Parental consent is mandatory for participants below the age of 18.
9.How will my entry acceptance be intimated to me?
Every participant registering online will receive participation confirmation via an e-mail.
Every participant registering at the Information Desk in the mall will receive a receipt.
10.Can I register for more than one genre?
No. Participants can apply only for one genre in the Event. Multiple applications from group participants will entail in rejection.
11.Can I fill a single application form on behalf of all the members of the group participating in the event?
Yes. One person can fill a single registration form on behalf of all the members of the group participating in the event. The name, age and contact number of all the members must be mentioned in the registration form.
12. On what grounds can my entry be rejected or declared invalid?
Your entry can be rejected on any of the grounds listed below.
13.What is the performance duration for a group?
Prelims- 10 minutes for performance and 10 minutes for set-up and 5 minutes to break down the equipment.
Finale- 10 minutes for performance and 10 minutes for set-up and 5 minutes to break down the equipment.
14. Can I change the genre once I have registered?
No. Requests for change in genre will not be entertained post registration.
15. Why is it that I have not received my confirmation email despite registering?
There could be several reasons:
Error in email id given at the time of registration.
