1.  Please carry a valid ID proof along with you.

2.  Seats available on a first come first serve basis

3. No exchange of tickets will be made under any circumstances and tickets are not transferable.

4. No refund on tickets will be made under any circumstances except pursuant to conditions under Event Cancellation or Postponement.

5. Lost or damaged ticket(s) will not be entertained.

6. The tickets may be collected at the box office of the venue the date of the event 2 hours before the beginning of the event. Purchaser MUST present Aadhar Card/Passport, Credit Card/Debit Card used and Booking Reference upon ticket collection. The identity of the person receiving the refunds may be recorded by our Customer Service Officers.

7. The resale of tickets is prohibited.

8. Children below 14 years of age have to be accompanied by adults.

9. Venue Owner reserves the right without refund or compensation to refuse admission to any persons whose conduct is disorderly or unbecoming.

10. The organizer may add, withdraw or substitute artistes and/or vary advertised programs, event times, seating arrangements and audience capacity without prior notice.

11. The organizer may use the ticket holder's image or likeness in any live or recorded video display, photograph or picture.

12. The organizer may postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond his reasonable control.

13. The Ticket Holder agrees to submit to any search for any prohibited items including but not limited to weapons, controlled, dangerous and illegal substances and recording devices.

14. The Ticket Holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the event whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual event, including any death, personal injury, loss, damage or liability.

15. Information is collected from those registering at the ticketing portal in order to facilitate ticket purchase or other services available will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these conditions.

16. Any complaints regarding the event will be directed to and dealt with by the Organizer.

17. No refunds on purchased ticket are possible, even in case of any rescheduling.

18. Security procedures, including frisking remain the right of the management.

19. No dangerous or potentially hazardous objects including but not limited to weapons, knives, guns, fireworks, helmets, lazer devices, bottles, musical instruments will be allowed in the venue and may be ejected with or without the owner from the venue.

20. The sponsors/performers/organizers are not responsible for any injury or damage occurring due to the event. Any claims regarding the same would be settled in courts in Mumbai.

21. People in an inebriated state may not be allowed entry
