About Kyau and Albert

One of trance music’s most loved duos, Ralph Kyau and Steven Albert, better known as Kyau & Albert, completed 20 years in the music industry last year. Over the years, the duo has been responsible for dishing out some of the most melodic trance music one can get to hear. From their debut album Here We Are Now to Distant Lights to the more recent Matching Stories, each album has been laden with some proper vocal melodic music.

Over the years the duo have collaborated with various artists and vocalists to give us trance fans some exceptional tunes that have stuck in our memories even today. Last year the duo completed 20 years in the music industry and we can certainly say that they have come a long long way. To celebrate this success Kyau Albert released an EP titled ‘20 Years’ which featured some insanely good remixes of all their tracks. The EP was also backed by a special world tour announcement. The 20 Years of Kyau & Albert World Tour saw the duo travel across the globe playing some amazing sets. During a lot of the pit stops, they also played a classics only, extended set and occasionally dropped their new material too.

India has always had a hunger for Trance music. With some people claiming the origins of trance come from ancient India, we have always had a strong love for all things trance. And this love will only amplify this October as one of Mumbai’s leading music promoters, Deep In Dance, are bringing the ’20 Years Of Kyau & Albert’ world tour to India. earlier today the guys over at DID made an announcement that Kyau & Albert will take a pitstop in Mumbai on the6th of October and in Bangalore on the 7th of October. The post immediately got the attention of the Trance Family in India and everyone is absolutely thrilled to witness Kyau & Albert once again. We have been told that we can expect the duo to drop a Classics Only – Open To Close set during their India leg.
