The scenery keeps changing on the trek and will surely amaze anyone. Coming under the Chikmagalur District of Karnataka, the trek to Kudremukh is one of the most exciting treks in this region. It is the third highest peak after Mullayanagiri and Bababudangiri. Absorb the beauty of the Western Ghats as you walk up the trail. Very few people know the fact that the Western Ghats are considered a UNESCO World Heritage Site for the natural beauty and for being an icon of environmental balance. The lush greenery of the hills can never fail to mesmerize a soul.

You’ll cross several cascading waterfalls and narrow streams, thick forests with a variety of trees, and the whistling of birds will keep you entertained all throughout. And finally, when you’ll reach the peak, the picturesque view from the top and the chilled wind will absolutely blow you out of your mind and make you numb for a few minutes, before you regain your consciousness to feel the enchanting magic of the place. Trek Details

• Trek Level: Moderate ( Difficulty Level is subjective )

• Altitude: 1894 metres

• Trail Type: Dense Tropical Rainforests, Waterfalls, Meadows and Cliffs

• Trek Distance: 21-22km ( to and fro)

Day 0 – Friday

• Depart to Kudremukh by 5:30 PM (approx)

Day 1 – Saturday

• Reach homestay, freshen up and Breakfast
• Jeep Ride to the Kudremukh Trek Base
• Start the trek to Kudremukh by 7:00 AM
• Have packed lunch on the trek
• Reach the peak and Descend by 5 PM (Approx)
• High Tea and Snacks
• Bonfire ( If Weather Permits )
• Have dinner at the homestay
• Retire for the night

Day 2

• Wake up early morning at around and go for a beautiful morning walk around the homestay
• Freshen up and Breakfast
• Visit Kudremukha Hanging Bridge and Sri Veeranarayana Swamy Temple

Note: In case of Government orders/ any unforeseen circumstance the places mentioned are closed we shall make an alternate plan to Belur temple. There shall be no refund in any case whatsoever.

  • Yeshwanthpur Metro | 7:20 PM – Near Hallimane Restaurant, Yeshwanthpur, Bengaluru, Karnataka
• Please select your preferred pickup point from the drop-down list while booking
• Any change in Pick up locations/ timings would be updated via mail 24 hours before the start of the trip
• Drop-off points shall be the same as the pick-up points

Group Size

• Max number of People 30
• We have an equal male to female ratio for most of our treks
• We require a minimum of 8 members to confirm the event
• In case we fail to obtain the required minimum, full refund or the option to transfer to any other event will be provided. (Option of transfer shall be subject to payment/refund of balance amount if any)
• Mode of Transort depends on Group Size. If Group Size is below 12 then Tempo traveller and if above 12 then it would be a Minibus
