• Itinerary is subject to change due to weather conditions, road situations or participants’ physical ability

• Age limit for group departures is 16 to 42 years due to the power packed itineraries
• Trips can be customised for travellers outside the specified age bracket

• Transportation from Delhi is primarily managed by private third party vendors
• Company arranged transport is provided only when the group size exceeds 35 participants

Inclusions

• Entire travel as per the itinerary
• Total of 3 meals during the trip
• Two meals on Day 1
• One meal on Day 2
• Accommodation in Swiss camps or hotel at Bir
• Paragliding from Billing to Bir included
• Team captain throughout the trip
• Driver night charges, toll taxes and parking charges

Exclusions

• GST 5 percent applicable extra
• Any expenses not mentioned in the inclusions
• Glider tip or charges for photos and videos during paragliding
• Additional costs arising due to natural calamities or unavoidable circumstances
• Paragliding insurance of Rs 150 to be paid in cash at the time of flight as per authority guidelines

• Above the ankle waterproof hiking shoes with good grip

• In certain circumstances, HighApe reserves the right to cancel the tickets owing to any internal reason which requires such action. In such cases, the customer will be provided full refund for the ticket within 7-10 working days.
