LIFE MANAGEMENT SKILLS WORKSHOP a TWO day workshop
which focuses on behavioural skill development and enhancement to deal effectively with everyday demands and challenges.
During the pandemic many of us are facing life changes due to the outbreak and feel anxious, isolated and disappointed. This has resulted in rising mental health problems all over India. Hence we aim to uplift our country by taking care and helping people and make them aware about skills and habits that will reduce mental health issues.
Our aim-
1- To train people with skills that will further reduce mental health issues
2- Create awareness about the importance of mental health hygiene.
3- Secure our future by reducing mental health problems in India which inturn will increase productivity of this country.
Who can attend?
1- Everyone is welcome to attend the workshop.
Details about the workshop-
1- The workshop will be conducted online platform
2- It is a two day workshop and Each session will be of two hour.
3- It will cover skill areas such as self esteem, stress management, self- awareness and many more.
4- Handouts and E-certificates will be provided after successful completion of the workshop.
