The Cut - Ranga Shankara

The play is about two people seeking comfort amidst the ravages of a war. It explores the relation that individuals have when they are stripped to their last straw of humanity, and all they have left is the company of one another, which eventually gets challenged when one gets permission to leave.

The Cut was shortlisted for The Hindu Playwright Award 2016.
