Overview

Skandagiri, also known as Kalwarbetta, is a mountain fortress 70 km from Bangalore. This 5-6 km night trek starts at 11 pm and takes 4-5 hours to complete. The challenging trail includes dense shrubs, steep slopes, and the ruins of Tipu Sultan's fort. Known for its "walking above the clouds" experience, the summit offers stunning views of the sunrise above a misty valley. Enjoy a bonfire under the stars and wake up to breathtaking morning winds and scenic beauty.

Persons suspected of carrying items that may be used in an offensive or dangerous manner, or carrying out illegal activities within the site may be searched.
