Short Description of Pondicherry:
Pondicherry is a French colonized town located on the East coast , also known as French Riviera of the Indian coast. The name Pondicherry or Puducherry means New Settlement. The town was the French settlement for more than 350 years and the breeze of the French history is still felt in the streets of Pondicherry. Pondicherry is located on the East coast of South India and it is just 310km from Bangalore.

Itinerary of the Trip:
Day 0
Departure from Bangalore - 10:30 PM
Note:- People in TT/Mini Bus need to have dinner before the journey.
Day 1:
- We will reach Pondicherry in the morning
- Heritage walk on the French colony.
The Heritage Walk starts from
- French governor Dupleix statue
- Eglise de notre dame Pondicherry
- Aayi monument
- Alliance francaise de Pondicherry
- Lycee Francaise
- Pondicherry museum
- Circle de Pondicherry
- Consulat General de France
- Aurobindo ashram and other streets of French town.
- Lunch (Self-Sponsored)
- Visit to LIGHT HOUSE OF PONDICHERRY
- Visit to Paradise Beach
- Some leisure time to shop and have dinner(Self-Sponsored) in the Pondicherry
- End the day with overnight stay in rooms.
Day 2
- French breakfast
- Visit to Auroville
- Lunch (Self Sponsored)
- Start the return Journey to Bengaluru
The trip cost includes :

Breakfast on Day 1 & 2
2. Accommodation in Twin Sharing rooms with attached bathrooms.
3. A Guide for the Heritage Walk in the French Colony
4. Experience all places mentioned in the itinerary
5. Entry tickets for all places during the heritage walk.

7. Entry tickets for Auroville and Light house
8. First Aid kit in case of emergencies. (We hope we don't have any).
9. Transport to and fro Bengaluru
10. Inter State Tax for transport.
11. 2 or more members of Monks on Wheels to keep you entertained throughout the event.
Exclusions:-
Lunch on Day 1 & 2, Dinner on Day 1 & 2 and other things not mentioned above.
Note:-
1) People have the option to make their own transportation arrangements(car/bike/public transport).
2) Accommodation will be on sharing basis.
3) We need a minimum of 9 people to conduct the event or the event might be cancelled with full refund.
4) We need a minimum of 5 bikes to organize a bike ride or else they have to reach the location provided by us on their own at the mentioned time.
The surroundings around the Home stay will make you feel very close to Nature.
