JW Marriott Bengaluru Prestige Golfshire Resort & Spa is set to host a two-day affair will feature invites you to savour the rich and authentic Taste of Punjab at the Punjabi Food Festival, featuring Celebrity Chef HARJINDER SINGH, renowned as CHEF SWEETY SINGH, and his culinary expertise that spans over three decades at their signature restaurant, Aaleeshan from 17th to 19th January 2025.

The event promises to bring the essence of Punjabi cuisine to life with a menu curated by Chef Sweety Singh showcasing a mouthwatering array of Punjabi specialties designed to captivate your senses and take you straight to the heart of Punjab. His signature dishes include: Dhabha Style Chicken Curry, Pindi Chole, Mutton Barra, Butter Chicken, Tandoori Kukad, Amritsari Meat, and Shahi Maa Di Makhni Dal.. The culinary experience will be elevated with a selection of Aaleeshan Reserve Merlot and Chardonnay wines and innovative cocktails inspired by Indian spices. Beverage offerings will include unconventional malts, spiced cocktails, and traditional drinks like lassi and chass, perfectly complementing the robust flavors of the dishes.

Visitors will be welcomed with a refreshing glass of lassi served in traditional clay mugs, setting the tone for a journey into Punjabi hospitality. Associates dressed in Punjabi-inspired attire will guide guests through the dining experience, while Chef Sweety Singh will personally engage with diners, offering recommendations and sharing stories behind his dishes. To leave a lasting impression, guests will also receive a spice box with homemade marinades as a takeaway gift, it will truly be punjabi makeover for Aaleeshan. In certain circumstances, HighApe reserves the right to cancel the tickets owing to any internal reason which requires such action. In such cases, the customer will be provided full refund for the ticket within 7-10 working days.
