Day 0 – Arrival at Ooty | Welcome to the Queen of Hills

• Your Ooty tour package starts from Bangalore, our representative will pick you up in the late evening

Day 1 – Sightseeing in Ooty | Row your boat gently down the Ooty Lake

• Arrival: Reach Ooty.
• Pykara Lake : Wander Pykara Lake, calling you with picturesque allure and serenity.
• Pine Forest: Visit Pine Forest which is one serene and quiet place; where high pine trees form a pastoral setting inspiring the people to rest in this magical forest woodland.
• Government Rose Garden: Discover the Government Rose Garden, one of India’s largest rose gardens. It displays a lively assortment of roses and an array of blossoming plants that provide a beautiful and aromatic space for people who appreciate nature.

Things to Know Before You Go: Bangalore to Ooty Tour Package

• The hotels are subject to their availability. In case they are not available, the travelers will be accommodated in a property of similar standard.
• Aranya Adventure reserves the right to rearrange the itinerary due to any kind of disturbance that occurred (i.e weather condition, political condition, or any others) without changing the total number of days and without compromising any service.
• All entry tickets for stupas, monasteries, sightseeing, state and entry fees, monument entrances, camera charges, permits, etc. are not a part of the package.
• Any personal expenses or items of personal nature will not be included in the package. Any meals or transfers not mentioned in the itinerary are to be considered an exclusion in the deal. Any kind of drink (alcoholic, aerated, or mineral water) is not included in the package cost.
• Avoid using plastic bags and maintain the ecological balance of the destinations. Travelers littering may be fined.
• Usage of the swimming pool at any accommodation is strictly according to government guidelines.
• The exact location will be shared with you post-booking.
• Any breakage or damage of any items in the resort will be charged at actuals.
• If in case any traveler wants to or decides to leave the trip in the middle, all the expenses from that point onwards will be borne by the traveler. Neither the operator nor Thrillophilia will be held responsible for such decisions or for any refund.
• Any kind of drink (alcoholic, aerated, or mineral water) is not included in the package cost.
• The extra adventure activities and ropeways/cable cars will be at your own cost and are not included in the tour.
• ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
• Children above 5 years of age will be considered as adults only. There are no charges for children below 5 years of age

NOTES

• A minimum of 10 to 12 participants is required to organize a trip.
• If the minimum number of bookings is not met, we will offer an alternative trek or provide a refund.
• Cleanliness is Our top most priority.Please do not throw trash out anywhere in the open.
• Your equipment and equipment distributed are to be carried by self, like bags, sticks, etc.
• As you are exploring nature, don’t expect luxury. Washrooms are only available at the hotel campsite (you reach the hotel/campsite for breakfast)..

Cancellation Policy:

• 0-15 Days Before Start Date: No refund will be provided; 100% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• 15-30 Days Before Start Date: 50% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• Once your refund is initiated, it will be credited to your account within 5-7 working days.
• In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain trips or activities may get canceled. In such cases, we will try our best to provide an alternative feasible solution. However, a refund will not be applicable for the same.
• Cancellations are strictly subjected to cancellation policies mentioned on the website & are irrespective of the date of booking.
