Cancellations:

Cancellations are effective on the date written intimation is received by the Program In charge / School Office. Cancellation will not be received orally or over the phone. Refund if any will be settled within 21 days of the arrival of the Tour. 

1) More than 25 days before the Program, 25% of the Program cost will be non-refundable.

2)20 days before the Program, 40% of the Program cost will be deducted.

3)15 days before the Program, 50% of the Program cost will be deducted.

4) 10 day before the Program, 75% of the Program cost will be deducted.

5)3 days before the Program, 100% of Program cost will be deducted.

6) Once the advance is paid and name registered, the advance will be non-refundable.
