Music Composition And Songwriting 101 - An Online Workshop

Then this Online interactive Music Composition & Songwriting workshop organized by Artkhoj and conducted by Jason Zachariah will teach you how to bring your creations to life.

We will start with the grassroots, then delve into the math behind the music and then put it all together with essential software using tried and tested techniques for all genres.

The workshop will be conducted for 2.5 hours. The lesson plan follows below

• Technology to help me share my music with the quality it deserves
• How to survive as an artist in the Corona age

During the class, students can hook up their instruments, microphone or DAW. However, this is NOT mandatory.

About Facilitator:

Jason (Director of Nathaniel School of Music) is an experienced musician from Bangalore, India having composed 4 albums as part of Jason Zac Band along with music from the pop-rock band, Allegro Fudge. 

He continues to work with many bands including Lagori & Parvaaz in different avatars. He is also known around the music industry as an educator, specializing in teaching Music Theory, Ear Training, and Music Production.

As a multi-instrumentalist, Jason also composes and releases his daily series of Riffs on YouTube which currently stands at 1650.
