Once you enter the premises, you will feel as you have entered the lap of mother nature. Kanva lake area is around 1920 acres, and 15 km long, built in 1946. It is trusted to be asia’s first automatic open and close gate dam, constructed by sir m visveswaraya during his ruling era as 19th diwan of mysore. Sir mokshagundam visveswaraya, whose birthday, i.e. September 15, is celebrated as engineer’s day in India,. His purpose of constructing kanva dam was to help the farmers for irrigation, and now it is one of the very popular tourism destinations near bangalore, in karnataka.

The property is involving in day outing, corporate team outings, institutional outings, family outings, birthday parties, bachelor parties, overnight stays, and more. We have facilities to accommodate 500 people at a time.

The campsite is situated close to Kanva Lake, enabling you to stay close to the lake's backwaters from where you can take in the expansive lake views.
Indulge in adventure activities like Well jumping, Kayaking, Zipline, Multi-vine, Burma bridge, and more.
Grab delicious lunch, dinner, and Breakfast options that will delight your palate.
Stay in cozy tents with beautiful lake views and get access to shared bathrooms that are segregated for men and women.

Itinerary

Day 1

01:45 PM: Guests who have opted for transportation variant will be picked up from Bangalore.
03:00 PM to 03:30 PM: Reach the campsite and settle in your respective tents, rest a little bit and then get ready for the day.
03:30 PM to 05:30 PM: Try your hands at some of the adventurous activities such as Zipline, Multi vine, Hanging bridge, Ladder walk, Burma bridge, etc. available at the campsite.
04:00 PM to 05:00 PM: Beat the heat and enjoy a fun and exciting rain dance session with your loved ones.
05:30 PM to 06:00 PM: Relax yourself and have some chit-chat while having your hi-tea at the camp with your friends.
07:30 PM to 08:30 PM: Sit around the warm bonfire in the evening under the open sky and play some interactive games.
08:30 PM to 09:30 PM: Curb your hunger by having a delightful buffet dinner.
10:30 PM: Retire for the night to your respective tents.

Day 2

07:00 AM: Wake up in the morning and get freshened up by having your morning tea/coffee at the campsite.
08:30 AM to 09:30 AM: Replenish yourself with a buffet breakfast and get ready for some fun-filled water activities.
09:00 AM to 10:30 AM: Get ready for an exciting session of water activities such as Kayaking, swimming, well jumping, etc. included in your package.
11:00 AM: Check out from the camp to end your trip.

How To Reach

Kanva Reservoir is 60-65 km away from Bangalore City Center and can be reached in around 2 hours. The location is easily accessible by public and private transportation.
You will get to know the exact location of the camp post your booking confirmation.
