Gold Rush Brews Treasure Hunt

1. Event Timing: The treasure hunt will take place from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM. All participants must arrive and register by 11:45 AM.

2. Eligibility: Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

3. Registration: Participants must register at the event registration desk prior to the start of the event. No late registrations will be accepted.

4. Teams: Participants may compete individually or in teams of two members. Team members must stay together throughout the event.

5. Conduct: Participants are expected to behave respectfully and follow all brewery rules. Any form of cheating, sabotage, or unsportsmanlike conduct will result in immediate disqualification.

6. Safety: Safety is a priority. Participants must avoid any actions that could harm themselves or others. The brewery is not responsible for any injuries incurred during the event.

7. Property: Participants must respect brewery property and avoid causing any damage. Any damages caused will be the responsibility of the participant(s) involved.

8. Instructions: All participants must follow the instructions provided by event organizers. Failure to do so may result in disqualification.

9. Time Limit: The treasure hunt must be completed within the allotted time frame for each team. 

10. Prizes: Prizes will be awarded to the first team or individual to successfully complete the treasure hunt and return to the starting point with all required items. In the event of a tie, the prize will be shared.

11. Decision: The decisions of the event organizers are final and binding. Any disputes or issues must be brought to their attention immediately.

12. Cancellations: The brewery reserves the right to cancel or modify the event at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be notified of any changes as soon as possible.

13. Liability: By participating in the event, participants agree to release the brewery and its staff from any liability for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during the event.

14. Consent: Participation in the event implies consent to these terms and conditions. Participants agree to comply with all the above terms to ensure a fair and enjoyable event for everyone.

• Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded.
• Venues/Organizers are solely responsible for the service; availability and quality of the events.
• HighApe does not take any responsibility for the activities going on inside or outside the event. The entire responsibility of it is of the organizer/venue.
• In certain circumstances, HighApe reserves the right to cancel the tickets owing to any internal reason which requires such action. In such cases, the customer will be provided full refund for the ticket within 7-10 working days.
