Alternative music enthusiasts who believe that Indian music is yet to break out its essential format, join in for a digital art music concert by Salim Nair. A one-hour show comprising digitally created tone poems - performed using Ableton Live and devices such as Instrument - the event will showcase instrumental compositions.

The change in the medium along with a conscious attempt to break out of the boundaries of prescription make these compositions distinctly post-classical.

Unapologetically relying on the idioms of Indian classical music, they are creating a novel listening experience by doing away with the analog aspect of it.
