• Your Coorg tour package begins in the late evening as our representative picks you up from convenient locations in Bangalore:
• Travel in an Non-AC Tempo Traveller / Bus(according to the group size) for a comfortable overnight journey to Coorg.

Day 1:  Coorg Sightseeing

• Check in to the stay.
• Wakeup early, Have Breakfast and get ready for the day
• Mandalpatti Peak – Off road jeep ride(Jeep charges are not included)
• Cover Abbey falls witness the white water cascading down the boulders at Abbey Falls, a place where serenity roams in the air.
• Madikeri fort
• Relish the flavors of delicious lunch at around 2:00 PM Lunch (At an additional cost).
• Raja’s Seat Viewpoint – Head towards raja’s seat viewpoint, a place that offers panoramic vistas of the verdant valley covered in the blanket of clouds aloing with Sunset view.
• Reach back Stay before 8:30 PM

Day 2 :

• Have breakfast, check out from the stay.
• Visit Dubare Elephant Camp near the beautiful Kaveri River where you get a chance to interact with the elephants in their natural habitat. Feeding, bathing along with some adventure activities is organized at the camp.
• Next, head towards Nisargadhama deer park and give yourself a chance to get in touch with nature.
• After spending a wonderful day have your lunch at kushalnagar in peace by around 2:00 PM(At an additional cost).
• Tibetan Monastery – Golden temple.
• Departure start from Coorg Aroung 6:30 PM -7:00PM

Note:- You’ll be reaching back to Bangalore Between 11:00PM-12:00AM

• Sightseeing Entry Charges: Please note that entry charges for certain sightseeing locations are not included in the package and should be borne by the participants separately.
• Additional Adventure / Water Activities: Any extra adventure or water activities beyond what’s mentioned in the itinerary will be at your own expense.
• Lunch on All Days: While breakfast and dinner are included in the package, lunch on all days is not part of the package and should be self-sponsored.
• Dinner on Day 3: The package includes dinner on Day 2, but dinner on Day 3 is not included.
• Personal Expenses: Any personal expenses such as shopping, snacks, or souvenirs are not covered in the package.
• Anything Not Mentioned in the Inclusions: Costs related to any services or items not explicitly mentioned in the inclusions are not included and should be covered individually. Please keep these points in mind as you plan your trip and budget for any additional expenses.

Things to Carry

• ID Proof: (Aadhar or any other government-issued ID) – Please carry a valid identification document.
• Reusable Water Bottles: Carry at least 2 liters of water to stay hydrated during the trip.
• Clothes: Pack clothing for two days and an extra set of clothes for any unexpected changes in weather conditions.

• Aranya Adventure  reserves the right to rearrange or change the itinerary for reasons that are beyond control like Natural calamity, weather conditions, road block etc.
• Expenses caused by factors beyond our control like rail and flight delays, road blocks, and vehicle malfunctions. Political disturbances etc.
• Any sightseeing point which is not completed due to time constraints, traffic jam, natural calamity, travelers starting late, permits issued late or any other reason beyond control, 
• Any expense of personal nature is not included in the package.
• The above mentioned prices are tentative and can be variable as well depending on the real time availability.
• ID proof is mandatory for each individual.

NOTES

• Cleanliness is Our top most priority.Please do not throw trash out anywhere in the open.
• Your equipment and equipment distributed are to be carried by self, like bags, sticks, etc.
• As you are exploring nature, don’t expect luxury. Washrooms are only available at the hotel campsite (you reach the hotel/campsite for breakfast).

Cancellation Policy:

• 0-15 Days Before Start Date: No refund will be provided; 100% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• 15-30 Days Before Start Date: 50% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• Once your refund is initiated, it will be credited to your account within 5-7 working days.
• In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain trips or activities may get canceled. In such cases, we will try our best to provide an alternative feasible solution. However, a refund will not be applicable for the same.
• Cancellations are strictly subjected to cancellation policies mentioned on the website & are irrespective of the date of booking.
